ALL DEPOSITS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE.

  • A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking. The remaining balance must be paid after the session/event.
  • Bookings are confirmed only upon receipt of the deposit.
  • Payments can be made via [Bank Transfer, Cash, Credit/Debit Card, or other methods].
  • Clients may reschedule their session 5 days in advance without penalty.
  • Cancellations or rescheduling made within 5 days of the scheduled session will result in either a loss of the deposit or a £50 rescheduling fee.
  • If the photographer cancels due to unforeseen circumstances, a full refund or rescheduling option will be provided.
  • Clients must arrive on time. Sessions that start late due to client delays may result in reduced shoot time.
  • Outfit changes and location changes must be discussed in advance.
  • If additional time is needed beyond the agreed session duration, extra charges may apply.
  • Edited images will be delivered within 7 days after the session via an online gallery or USB.
  • Only professionally edited images will be provided—RAW or unedited files will not be shared.
  • Additional retouching requests beyond the agreed package may incur extra fees.
  • The photographer retains full copyright of all images. Clients receive a license for personal use.
  • Images may not be altered, edited, or used for commercial purposes without written permission.
  • The photographer may use images for promotional purposes unless the client requests otherwise in writing.
  • Client personal data (name, email, phone number) is stored securely and not shared with third parties.
  • If a client wishes for their photos to remain private, a request must be submitted in writing.
  • The photographer is not responsible for unforeseen circumstances such as weather, equipment failure, or venue restrictions.
  • In the event of an emergency or disaster (e.g., natural disasters, illness), rescheduling will be arranged where possible.
  • Clients may be asked to sign a model release, allowing the photographer to use images for promotional materials, social media, or portfolio display.
  • Prints, albums, and other products are available for purchase separately. Pricing details are provided upon request.
